從產業第一線，到政策研究現場From the industry frontline to the policy research floor
蔡懿玲擁有藥學、企業管理與醫療科技評估的多元背景。她的職涯橫跨臨床、產業與學術：曾任醫院藥師，並在美商、日商、歐商跨國藥廠累積十餘年經驗，歷任業務、行銷、市場准入與政府事務要職，接觸學名藥、生物相似藥、新成分新藥與癌症次世代基因檢測。如今她把這份第一線的產業視角，帶進健康政策的研究與教學。Yi-Ling Tsai brings together pharmacy, business management, and health technology assessment. Her career spans clinic, industry, and academia — a former hospital pharmacist with 15+ years across US, Japanese, and European pharma companies, holding senior roles in sales, marketing, market access, and government affairs. She now carries that frontline perspective into health-policy research and teaching.
